Bobby flay is actually a great, classically trained chef. I graduated from NECI in 2006 and he came by one time to do a presentation: NECI meaning "New England, culinary institution". And I tell ya man… he was down to earth, east coast AF. Later I did a deep dive on him: he is a TRUE culinary genius. Just look into his background.. he's one of the GOATS. Not "the" goat" but he's up there for sure
We need chef Josh for good mythical kitchen on here. PLEASE!!!! And the only gift I ever cried over was an autographed cookbook by Bobby Flay that reads “from one great chef to another.” I was a chef for 27 years of my life. It meant a lot.
