  33. Good job rescuing that pup. Thank you also for the comment about the amount of loops being unusual, giving you the opportunity to see a slightly funny side to it, since the pup was not yet taking damage from the strap.

  38. I can't personally anything about gill nets or fishing lines, but I can do something about those blasted plastic strips. People it takes less than a minute to cut them into short pieces.
