When I saw the Raiders use the 106th pick in the 2019 NFL Draft on a guy out of Eastern Michigan named Maxx Crosby, I took one look at the guy’s tape and said, “I don’t know why, but I’m pretty sure he’s going to be great”. This dude’s wingspan is freaking menacing, not to mention that he’s got the most unrelenting motor I have ever seen. Bro has that dawg in him.

  17. Like I said I hate that every time we have a good players they try to trade them for bs picks that never work out and instead of the team becoming a better team we get worst every year we lose our strong players for bs picks!!!!

  18. I could definately understand why Maxx would like to be traded. The Raiders haven't even tried to get him some help. If he was on the 49ers, or Steelers, or Billas or Lions he would be a 20+ sack per year guy. Just think if the Raiders actually made at attempt to beef up their line, lb's and back end? Not by signing a senior citizen that is over the hill. Or drafting a guy with a bad foot that makes Clelin Ferrell look like Mack. Or 4 DT's that are cumulatively awful. Or a linebacker that doesn't even suit up.

    It would also be nice if the refs would occasionally call holding on the tackles that are essentially raping him. EVERY. F'KING. PLAY. Jesus – never a call – never. Then he pulls a guys leg off a pile and WHAM – 15 yards on Maxx. Total horsecrap.

    Maxx is 45 years too late – he should have been lining up in the mid 70's glory days – next to Tooz, Phoo, Stork, Trunk, Radio Rowe, with the Soul Patrol knocking the crap out of every WR and Tight end – can you imagine what Crosby would have accomplished on that team?

  21. It doesn't have to be a good idea. They got rid of Mack. They got rid of Carr. Reggie McKenzie, Jack Del Rio, etc. After things start looking good, the Raiders HAVE to do something to go back to looking bad.

    Crosby = Barry Sanders

    Just another great player who deserves so mich more. But we should have 0 confidence in the Raiders leadership to make that happen. They can prove that wrong, but right now, they haven't earned that confidence.
