  2. I just can not believe there's no video out over USB. No DP Alt no HDMI nothing. Not even screen mirror.

    Even the IPHONE does it over USB C… they only just got USBC!

  3. I would really like to see the quality of the physical buttons of the 8 Pro. Are they anything like the clicky cheap buttons of the 7 Pro? Also when taking photos of up close things, do the photos end up upside down or sideways? This has been a bug with the 7 Pro which has never been rectified since the phone's release.

  5. Pixel is the go to for me because I speak several languages but cannot write in them. So I can dictate… and it is incredibly accurate. All translations are meh and works more for business conversations. My first pixel was the 6 and the pictures are absolutely superior to anything from apple or other android device (huawei might rival it) I have seen.
    As soon as others catch up with dictation, I am considering buying something else. Until then, it is time to get the 8 Pro

  13. I never owned a pixel, but google has better ecosystem than apple, i just need good battery, camera , screen. Performance for emulating. And maybe next time google can make the phone look luxurious

  16. Google if you're reading these please do something like a swipe to open when unlocked. It drives me crazy how often my phone has clicked through a random ad or is sending a message from my pocket. There are things I love about the 7 like the camera and call screen, but I don't know if I'd buy it again
