  1. I have some suggestions for your back G. Cat/cow yoga focus on cat pose and do a semblance of it while standing and working….in other words, keep pelvis tilted under you and push tummy out toward belt. Wear something tight around your waist to remind you to push tummy against belt while keeping pelvis slightly tucked under you. Do this while moving around and doing any sort of efforts. If you sneeze, do these moves prior in preparation and hold during sneeze. Hang from a bar and do the move for healing the disc back into its proper position. Never ever arch your lower back during work or reaching or any physical efforts, instead push tummy out against belt and tilt that pelvis under you. Think about always being a cat on the pose, even if minimal. Love your show.
