This has been patched and the mobs no longer spawn.
tried this out just now, there were no mobs at that spawn, tried several times and there was noone else around
IF MOBS ARE NOT SPAWNING you need to make sure that there is no one at all within the dotted lines on the map indicating that zone and that they are not within los of the spawn point. i had instances where i would go 10 min without spawns bc someone was questing in there, then randomly they start spawning again. just run back and forth to test. If it gets patched im sorry 😛 <3
