I literally wanted to puke and still do. We had this game several times I can't even believe this still happened
Great game. Both teams played really hard. Nail biter until the last second, literally….
McCord getting a ton of Love right now, but man. The first two plays of this series were not great & he was almost picked a couple of times after. If we were anything less than a WR Factory, we don't win this game.
Note: I'm an OUS die-hard aka I'm probably more skeptical about this team than even the harshest Michigan fan, ha!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Surely 2 great teams and a great game but why is Shitagain #2 but hasn’t played anyone but high school teams
I could watch this over and over all day and still have a smile on my face 😊
I feel like the ending of this game made up for the ending of the game against #1 GA at the stroke of midnight on NYE
2:05 the narrative on Ryan Day and McCord could have been oh so different.
One of if not the best drive I’ve ever seen
Ohio State got lucky. Luck runs out eventually.
Seeing that crowd at the end just makes me very happy
Lou the weasel is wrong again
Day was coaching for his life lol
Everyone keeps blaming the coaches for 10 players on the field the last two plays, but no one is talking about #2 DJ Brown dropping a game-ending interception that hit him square in the hands. Big time players make big time plays in big time games. You can’t drop that ball that you would catch 19 times out of 20 in the clutch of a program altering game. That’s what happens when you sign a 3-star recruit that was ranked as the 67th cb in the nation. Those types of players belong at Purdue or Indiana, not Notre Dame.
Watching this just shows me how absolutely garbage both ND and OSU are. Michigan by 21 over OSU in November.
Ryan Day was in his bag… 17 points 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
GO BUCKS!!!! OHIO STATE VS EVERBODY!!!!
The winningest Division 1 college football team in history. Go Buckeyes
Man Notre Dame blew it, lmao they had that SUPER EASY pick, then they leave the left side wide open on 4th down. Heck several of the 3rd and 4th down plays on this drive were CRAZY CLUTCH by McCord he is inconsistent but has some balls.
I could re-watch this all day. Watching all the ND fans and players staring shocked with their jaws open shows they could use some humility – they aren't use to losing in a big way like this!
Great job buckeyes notre dame only had ten players on the field when we scored
Glad my Buckeyes won
However, McCord is gonna have to improve alot if he wants to standa chance against the teams they face later in the season. Penn State and Michigan mean business. And their players wont drop easy picks.
BEAUTIFUL
ND Coach Bonehead Freeman didn't kill clock on last drive, & had only 10 players on field last 3 plays of game
Best thing about being 4-0….
Kyle McClutch
One of the best games I've seen in a while, College is just so much better than NFL. You can feel the emotion and excitement, this was a great battle. ND blew it on their last possession though, but that's what it's all about. I love seeing the heart in these teams to play until the very end
It says a lot when you don’t play your best and still get the W
Great finish of a big game.
So many chances to intercept or end this game… and some really tight throws… crazy win.
sucks that the irish only had 10 players the last 2 plays of the game but good drive and finish by ohio state regardless.
Don't understand why some people still say he was short and it wasn't a touchdown
Call me dramatic but this game was a love letter to college football
NBC sports failed when it came to broadcasting this game. The commentators didn't know that you only needed one foot in bounds for a catch and they also didn't understand the intentional grounding call.
4:50 legendary shot
QB sneak on the spike play was there!
"Notre Dame was not in a good formation defensively to stop the run on that side." What the announcer didn't know at that point was that that was true because they were missing a player on that side. ND coach said they were missing a DL.
3 and 19.. can watch over and over .. and over and over
5:00 Woah, it was rigged! That's ridiculous. One defender took a wide split and got himself sealed inside. #13 let himself let him get blocked four yards back like a blocking sled. #2, looking into the backfield, came up field like he was blitzing. Gave up leverage and contain. Take away thee guys and Ohio State has the edge sealed. Who does this on goal line stand?
ND had ten guys but their coach likes working out at the gym.
ND beat themselves with so many missed chances and bad coaching at the end. Buckeyes good but got lucky this game for sure
Absolutely one of the best videos I have ever seen!
This was a game for the ages.
4:02 False start by TE … no call.
Its over for the buckeyes Go Blue!!! 💛💙〽️〽️〽️
Can someone explain to me why their stadium is called Ohio stadium, their fans spell out ohio, their band spells out ohio, and their coach says ohio. Yet, they are technically Ohio STATE. That would be like Michigan State calling their stadium Michigan stadium, their fans spelling Michigan, and their coach calling them Michigan. It makes no sense. Are they the ohio buckeyes, or ohio state buckeyes?
Everyone praising McCord but would be vastly different in a losing scenario.
Love seeing ND lose. This great game with national interest is just another reason ND needs to man up and join the B10. Their crutch conference, the ACC, is on skids and rightfully so.
