Ukraine has claimed responsibility for a strike on the headquarters of Moscow’s Black Sea Fleet on the Russian-annexed Crimean peninsula.
At least one Ukrainian missile has struck the headquarters in the Crimean port of Sevastopol, local governor Mikhail Razvozhayev says.

NATO planned an attack on Donbass, which was against this coup. The Russians have proposed to NATO to conclude a mutual security treaty. But NATO, which was preparing an attack on Donbass, refused.
