My vault key from the pirate isn’t working for some reason😢

What about the vault key you get off of the fireworks guy?
In the video the pirate's key is different from the key used when opening the vault n1. It shows a heavy iron key being used intead the capitain's key. Also tried opening vault 1 with only capitain's key on inventory and it does not work. Where does that Heavy Iron Key comes from?

All the rewards are some lore shit, better to just picklock all of them lol
the loot in the game is so trash, all this effort for garbage items. all the good items you get from the house of hope or in act 1/ random merchants

Props doing it legit but it's way easier and far more lucrative to just infiltrate with invis and misty step with a dex character and just lockpick all the safes
Do you maybe know if you can still sell the keys to the guy in the guild after you pick the locks?
