It’s also significant because Russia lacks proper refined materials, due to sanctions and mainly producing raw goods, to actually manufacture more ships like this. But even if they managed to, Turkey has banned any more of Russia’s military ships from entering the Black Sea. So this severely weakens Russia in that sense.

All this is minor. The important thing is that the counteroffensive has clearly failed and Ukraine cannot win. The West will soon stop supplying very expensive weapons and Ukraine will run out of men. The madness will hopefully then stop. The dictated peace will be humiliating for Ukraine (and the West) but this war would never have started if NATO had agreed to stop its expansion.

US manufactured sea drones, UK long range Storm Shadow missiles, controlled by a US Global Hawk surveillance system but Ukraine struck Russia? Please. Also all those missiles had to be fired from the air. Where did Ukraine suddenly get more aircraft capable of firing those missiles? Did they briefly touch down in Ukraine so they could pretend they were Ukrainian aircraft or did they just fly over the Black Sea from Romania, fire the missiles, and fly back to Romania.
