  1. This miniseries was good but felt unfinished and also i hate the whole relationship thing just stick to the book and the heatrays but i like the fact that unlike the other films/series adaptations it actually dives into the whole message of the original novel with the inspiration from the black war in tasmania which is also the reason why the aliens died from simple microbes becuase the europeans also died from native diseases

  2. I like how the aliens built their tripods to look like them.
Literally running around in giant mechas spewing toxic gas everywhere and not planning ahead to sustain themselves at all.
Are these aliens just stupid kids? Cus I get stupid kids on joyrides vibes from them lmao.

  3. Is this a prequel to the other movie, War of the Worlds?
I found it because I recognize this actress from Poldark series.
The War of the Worlds (British TV series) : In 1905 Edwardian England, journalist George (played by Rafe Spall) and his lover Amy (Eleanor Tomlinson), who works as an assistant to local scientist Ogilvy (Robert Carlyle), start a life together in the town of Woking, in defiance of the norms of British society, due to George already being married to a wife who is not willing to grant a divorce. They then face an invasion of Britain, and possibly the whole of planet Earth, from Mars, while also attempting to survive against a powerful enemy unable to be fought with human resources.
