At 19:40 your air and battery of life are directly in front of you to my understanding on the center console by way your knees are when you sit down.
If I see correctly it says right there battery power and oxygen supply. Also that plug next to the front door I think you should check out again maybe it does look like the exact same plug as the solar panel but you already clicked on it once and you said it didn't do anything so I don't know there should be a way to charge the suit in the car
It's so painful to watch you struggle in this game. You have to activate the upgrades with your points before you can build the upgrade at the workbench. It's under the "mechanics" section for the technological points. The more things you build or break down the more you get technological points to do it more. So the most important next update for you is the grinder, with a better grinder you can scrap entire bases, which will give you more technicalogical points and allow you to build things faster. I recommend you survey the full technological upgrades so you can strategize what to do next.

Press the z key while looting to see all lootable items. Use your map to plot routes to other outposts/bases. Look for question marks on the map grey ones are tablets white ones are not that important things like unusable Mars rovers. If a storm hits drive about a k away it only affects where you are so shouldn't destroy your base for future info. Arrow keys to rotate. read the info that comes up while loading the game some of it really helps. External pressure in the rover is just you breathing the rover has lots of 02. On the opposite side near the 02/elec input, you will find another door upgrades can go in there lol you found it. keep it up it is a grind (no pun intended).

when you are going to place down A structure you can raise or lower it using up/down arrow keys and for rotation using left/right arrow keys
your rover console in front of the seat show the charge on the top and the amount of oxygen on the bottom ,you can use the outlet inside of the rover on the left side of the door to charge your suit
as a reminder : 1, when you were ready to plant something make sure to connect the water to the workshop and also have at least 2 battery connected to the workshop so your plant don't die during night time ,
2, just in case that you recorded this episode after the last one or you might of forgot i explained the battery setup on the previous video

That was a really great episode. The rover is great with the storage, the bed etc. when you opened the transformer and put in a circuit board, does that mean there are circuit boards in all the transformers about the place? Even if they are broken, once you have mastered the workbench that could be a good supply of them. Although the workbench looks more than a little complicated and choosing the upgraded work bench seemed to me to make no difference to how you are supposed to do things. When you master it, please go through it nice and slowly for your viewers! On reflection, maybe you should have used that point for the battery pack instead? Next time!
Just a reminder to resupply your O2 tanks on the rover. You have one spare in the rover cargo area inside the rover you can use. Also don't forget to supply water to work shop. Have a Great one!!!

P.S. I think I saw a large circuit board on the floor of the small outpost before you went down into the crater…. Doesn't the scanner show you lootable items?
