I say this because you include the UK or exclude the UK as it's No longer a member of the European Union to make numerous references to make the UK look less powerful than it currently is. The United Kingdom is one of the most powerful countries on world stage and is one of the most professional military forces in the world.

As of September 2023 Poland is unprepared for conflict with Russia. This may change in five years if they upgrade their manufacturing infrastructure and capabilities of domestic weapons production, add nuclear energy production, increase troops size and training and optimize military hardware.
