I love how interconnected his story and character development is with Carol’s. Can’t wait to watch till she’s back in her spin-off as she should have been from the very start.

Wow i thought i was over wanting to watch the walking dead but this video makes me want to watch it all again.
I hate the multiple time jumps. If Rick comes back he’s like 65
I wonder what if the Season 1 show runner didn’t get fired bc he made the walkers a bit faster. And when they brought variants back, they were “meh” maybe 2 seasons before TWD ended, they could’ve been more of a threat or real walkers learning basic functionality asides from climbing & running. Like basic speech or tactics

I think the AMC is doing a wonderful thing giving the walking dead a expanded universe but unfortunately the viewers aren’t there anymore. No one cares anymore which is sad and that’s partly because of how the walking dead finished. I loved the show but the last couple seasons fell flat due to budget and writing. There were so many comedic moments in the last season with the writing alone that I can’t trust these spin off shows. I felt like the hype for the Maggie and Neagan show was huge and now I haven’t heard anything about it

I believe daryl is actually from florida, because there is a game for ps3 that came out around 2013 that takes place right when the apocalypse starts with daryl and in the game you find andreas parents who are in florida

Haven't watched walking dead since a little after glenn's death so I was very surprised to see Negan and Maggie having a whole series together. Now that I've seen this I can watch the Daryl Dixon series.

Fantastic recap, I always appreciate these. Norman Reedus sure made a new character beloved. His screen presence only grew with time. Like so many of us that were watching from the beginning, you can be nothing but happy for the guy. I stopped at season 8 but one day I’ll go back and finish it. I feel like I at least owe it to the characters.

This was great! The only thing I didn't like about the 1st episode was that it wasn't 2 hours long. I thought it was fantastic and I can't wait to see where they go with it!

I have heard great things about this series already but I’m worried I stopped watching TWD S6 E15 after the manipulation & the way episodes were airing got on my nerves. I never went back. Then killing Carl & Rick left when I was thinking about going back so had no reason. Also AMC milking mediocre crap is nothing I want to support but I love Daryl

Dwight was not introduced in the comics because of Darryl, Dwight was around LOOOOOOOOONNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG before the show.

Darryl is the best thing that came out of tv TWD. Hands down. He deserves all of the praise and acclaim he has received. I'm so glad he is getting his own sequel and more storytelling. His story is excellent.
