Imagine having a convo on how messed up English is and not mentioning the difference between animal/meat: cow/beef, pig/pork, chicken/chicken.
I learned english as a second language, being french canadian and let me tell you it's definitely not sh*t. In fact I always preferred it over french. It way simpler, there's way less words (even tho some are spelled the same and have different meanings and pronunciations). Also in english the verbs are so much easier. I.e. I/you/he/we/you/they did. Literally one freaking conjugation for the whole gang. In french the same is je fais
/tu fais/il fait/nous faisons/vous faites/ils font. Each pronoun has a different god damn conjugation. Why.
