The Hunter Necromorph REGENERATING MUTATION Of Brant Harris Explained

As the outbreak on Aegis VII kicked off, one man in particular seems of particular interest. Brant Harris was a miner who while on the planet would inadvertently create two nurses out of one nurses having given into his hallucinations and becoming violent. After doing so, he would be transported up to the USG Ishimura in an effort to keep him contained and study what happened to him as a Dr Mercer would come into contact with him. Being a unitologist himself, he would implant necromorph tissue into the brain of Brant creating an entire new class necromorph that to a normal person, they would have no idea of surviving. But how does the hunter achieve this? lets discuss that in todays episode!

  1. Regenerating enemies always bothered me. The sheer amount of HEAT created by all of that mitosis and respirations, not to mention where the literal mass comes from, happening that quickly, would have set it on fire the first time it tried making an entire limb in just a few seconds.

  2. Hey Roanoke. I just wanted to see if I could talk to you. I'm a 26yr old army Veteran who is wanting to go to school for Microbiology and was hoping I could talk with you about it and get some insight. Thanks, hope to hear from you.

  3. AFAIK the whole sleep deprivation is why a lot of meth users and some alcoholics have hallucinations and all that fun stuff. Meth, isn't really that "Dangerous" from a medical stand point, typically they can stop use without dying or needing medical treatment, the main problem is, they don't sleep, that causes the psychosis, which can become dangerous for them and others. We need sleep.

  4. Makes me wonder if with enough time you could reverse engineer some necro tissue and end up making lower level super soldiers with similar powers to Alex Mercer from Prototype, could be an interesting fight fire with fire solution to the necromorphs if people got desperate enough to try.

  5. There's actually a 1991 movie called Dead Space if you didn't know, and unlike the game the creature in the movie was actually bioengineered in a experiment gone wrong, I don't think many people have heard of this movie

  6. Regeneraters had me shook first time I played as a teen.

But the hunter was the most frightening. It wasn't some mindless beast like the others it was after you specifically. That what was most scary

  7. Anyone ever tell you, Pravus gaming sounds like you? He's like your long lost brother but less about biology stuff and more about strategy games 😀
I've only ever met one person who sounded exactly or a lot like me, I hope my doppleganger is doing okay

  8. stumbled across this channel after seeing a video of yours in dead space years ago.
I like the way you analyze the way this cosmic horror could work.
Though I think I have found the way to beat the brethren moons: fully embrace transhumanism and go fully post-organic. Cannot be assimilated if humanity artificially evolves itself into works of art of it's own design.

  9. Ehy dont markers convert plants or even insects? That would add so much more mass to them and make them overall stronger if they did.
I want necromorph trees and hives of necromorph wasp and spiders

  10. I've never actually played a Dead Space game but your videos on the Dead Space necromorphs were what brought me to your channel in the first place and now I get to watch the videos on the updated Dead Space remake.

What a time to be alive.
