On July 6, 1897, the Russian ship “Demeter” with an international crew set sail from Varna for London. In the Bulgarian port, several wooden crates were loaded on board, which for a generous reward must be delivered to England as soon as possible. Shortly after sailing, Dracula awakens in one of the crates and begins to hunt the sailors.

Thats what we needed to blacked the dam dracula lore… they did it to lovecraft why not bram
As a Bulgarian, we had no black people in Varna back then.
I want to get interested in this movie but the black, ugh, "doctor", in Bulgaria? Really? No, can't watch it. They take the fantasy too far. Sick of it.
Look, can care less of the actors colors, but somewhere in the movie, it just sucked. Like the movie started off interesting , then around second half , someone else wrote the ending and just sucked. Better just wait till it’s on tv with commercials .
Oh no a black doctor takes the “fantasy” too far! Yet a vampire existing and being transported to England and the doctor amazingly having the same blood type as Anna are absolutely fine.
For Heaven’s sake… get over yourselves 😂
You didn't have black people in Bulgaria, but it seems like you had vampires. Impressive.
Dracula is kinda dumb if you think about it. Why would he kill the crew of the ship that is transporting him? He would be stuck out at sea to drift. With no "food" or water. Like he couldn't wait until they reached land first?
For the people calling out the possibility of a black doctor in Bulgaria, as someone who has read a bit on African and black diaspora history, you would be surprised at the unexpected places some black people turn up, especially as sailors. It was not an uncommon thing for children of African nobility to travel to Europe and gain an education or for religious purposes before, during and after the Trans-Atlantic slave trade. For example, Juan Garrido was one of a few black conquistadors (not a slave) who came to the New World with the Spanish.
At that time this is set in, the 19th century, there were quite a few blacks living in Britain and other parts of Europe in general– descendants of slaves. Some of them became educated and an example is Nathaniel King who studied medicine at Abadeen univeristy. So even though Clement's character– a black doctor from Britain who went to Bulgaria– is fictional, it's still very possible.

Never watched this movie, but it’s hilarious how many people are triggered by a black man in a movie 😅
Sounded good but they inserted woke shit again. Not gonna pay to watch it now =D
Trapped With Creature 1,000 Years Old?…..I think you get the figures wrong….that 'creature' should actually be around 400yrs old since he came into being around 15th century.
What's with these pronounciations?
First time I hear my name and it's the boat😂😂😂
