When I think of a character being โruinedโ I think of all their work being tainted and the love for the character ceasing yet many if not all of these characters are still well loved today. Toby Maguire for instance was and likely still is the most popular incarnation of Spider-Man even taking into accountโฆ. the third film. Also on a different note I donโt think the last two Pirates of the Caribbean films, especially the final one, being bad was necessarily because Jack Sparrow was made more the lead as I mean he wasnโt even the main lead really in the final one which was just awful.

Why is The Amazing Spider-Man 2 not mentioned but Spider-Man 3 is? It's kinda safe to say TASM2 is the worst SM film.

The new Indiana Jones creators must really hate Indy. I am not even a huge fan and felt sorry for the guy and Mr. Ford. This was one of his most famous characters after all. God, remember the South Park episode with the boys traumatized over Crystal Skull ? Imagine that one being made today !
