Drone attacks set Russian military planes ablaze in Pskov

A drone attack hit an airport in Russia’s western Pskov region, setting military aircraft ablaze in what appeared to be the largest series of strikes on Russian soil since the war began.

Russian officials said four Il-76 military transport planes were damaged in the attack on the Pskov airport, about 411 miles north of the Ukrainian frontier, near the borders with Estonia and Latvia.

Tass news agency, quoting emergency services, said two of the planes had “burst into flames”.

Drone attacks also targeted the Bryansk, Kaluga, Orlov, Ryazan and Moscow regions, Russian officials said, but no casualties were reported.

Meanwhile, Russia launched air attacks of its own on Wednesday morning, killing at least two people in Kyiv in what Ukrainian officials described as “the most powerful” to hit the city since the spring.

  1. I think as well it's accumulated equipment and should be renewed I was thinking about this magnetic motor with generator and electric motor combination it would drive without fuel and would be environment friendly

  3. So Russian Military drone take out Leopard, Bradley, IFVs, trains loading ammo for the front, ammo depots … AFU replies by drone strike in IL76 plane, not even used in the war, but used by troops to practice parachute jumps. 960 IL76 were build and at least 200 are still in service. Why does AFU hit something which impacts war results instead of graping new cycle ???

  4. Putin invades the sovereign state of Ukraine and has innocent civilians killed and then can't even defend Moscow. It is a situation of the utter desperation of an old contract killer living out his last days feasting on the inertia of people that should simply jail him or better, put him out of his misery. Any state that deals with this psychopath doesn't really deserve the time of day.

  5. STUPID DECISION
DRONE ATTACK ON RUSSIAN AIR BASE VIA ESTONIA BY NATO SPECIAL OPERATIONS WHICH WAS LATER CLAIMED BY THE UKRAINE PARTY AS PART OF THE SCENARIO…

A DRONE ATTACK ON A RUSSIAN AIR BASE WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE LAUNCHED FROM UKRAINE WHICH IS 700KM AWAY FROM THE AIR BASE

BECAUSE IT WOULD PASS BY RADAR AND RUSSIA'S MULTIPLE-LAYERED AIR DEFENSES.

DRONE SWORD ATTACKS ONLY MAKE Sense IF IT IS MADE FROM THE ESTONIAN BORDER, 30KM FROM THE RUSSIAN AIR BASE

IT MEANS ESTONIA AS A MEMBER OF NATO HAS BEEN INVOLVED
PREPARING THE TERRITORY AS A BASE FOR DRONE ATTACKS ON RUSSIA.

BUT THE PROBLEM IS DOES ESTONIA KNOW WHAT THE OPERATION IS?
OR SPECIAL OPERATIONS BY NATO FORCES WITHOUT ESTONIA'S PERMISSION?
    WITHOUT ESTONIAN KNOWLEDGE?

    AS A CONSEQUENCE THEN GOOD
ESTONIA OR NATO WILL WAIT FOR RUSSIAN REVENGE…

AND AS USUAL THE RUSSIANS WILL NOT BE IN A HURRY.
    BUT WILL BE REPLYED. .
