In comparison to the constructions of the Pre-Incas, there is no comparison. What is being shown here is rubble construction. Perhaps the rubble was plastered over by later people.

If you trace back, they all link back to INDIA. Recently, a city of monkey temple was discovered deep inside the jungles of Honduras. The same tempkes and idols still exist in india today, the money god is called Hanuman( 1/2 man, 1/2 monkey) , it is referred in hindu scriptures too but name the s nit mention, only general location. Also, in colombia lots of statues are present which is also found in India. They should have been digging Reservoir's and Not piling rocks, this is happing in America today. California should have built 11-13 Reservoir's in the early 2000's as told to them by the Bush Administration. They are sucking the water from every State around them when they could have 11-13 new Lakes with year round water. More population and more water needs will end a civilization Why are we letting more people in? This will and is destroying us.
