  1. He looks very intoxicated too in that mugshot. He sure didn’t learned and now he learned the hard way and an innocent life lost and also mom should be punished for letting him drive with his dad

  2. Imagine just sitting in a cell having to think about this every day you are in jail. You killed your son because you couldn't control your poor self control. A few hours of intoxication with life long pain of losing a part of you. I hope the rest of this boy's family has support.. this is truly heartbreaking and stomach turning to think about.

  3. When I was 14 in 2010, my dad and I were coming back from a dinner for my high school football team season ending. My dad told me to go to sleep, I laid back in the passenger seat in the truck and saw him drinking the usual bottles of vodka he hides. We get back to our hometown, he tells me to go into Jerrys Subs and Pizza to get a pizza. I come back out, he is laying in the back seat. He drives home swerving all over the place. My mom was pissed and said he never taking me anywhere again. He died a year later in his sleep at 48 years old from alcoholism. I am 27 now.

  4. Kid died because he wasn't in his seat belt. Yes, the guy shouldn't have been drinking and driving, but lets be real. How many of you would've avoided the crash if your tired blew out like that! Once again proof the media is trash and you ppl can't think for yourselves!

  5. I know this is tragedy .. but some prosecutors should stop giving charges with emotions . Charging someone for murder in an accident he was involved in and his son was killed. Do they know the meaning of murder. Making emotional triggered charges like this because an innocent child was killed would make it easier for the defense to get a good case . Rather give a manslaughter charge with DUI and let the case go a long way
