where do you start the quest?
Just did the quest, you don't find the body there initially, it is hidden under the bed, you must pass a perception roll near it to find it, then your characters will find it.
the reward was pretty lame . I didnt even hav a couple for the "free" ride :p and i bet its a lame sex scene anyway.
Just destroy the bed, you dont need to pass anything
