  1. Gruden may have felt his energy and and was curious, I mean they got rid of cooper and Mack, I’ve heard that cooper wouldn’t even talk to gruden much, Gruden I think is big on loyalty so they energy’s probably didn’t sync up, it happens, we are not for everyone in life, we all have to get in where we fit in, not everyone is gonna like everyone, you can have two good people that just don’t like each other

  2. Gru wanted people who wanted to be raiders. Sounds like you weren’t sold on the culture and they questioned you. Would you keep a player who’s getting cooked on the field AND doesn’t fuck with his coaches? That’s lose lose. Which is why you were in a Texans uniform chasing BEHIND tyrell Williams

  3. Hope you dont think we Rock with Conley!! In fairness to him Gruden didn't know defense and Paul Gunther was a terrible D- Coordinator!! But Conley could not Tackle for anything and inconsistent at coverage! Better question is why isn't he still in the League! He didnt work out like a lot of there Defense pick ups or draft picks!!!!

  4. Both Gruden and Gunther had confidence in you to perform at a high caliber m, which is why they drafted you in the 1st round. And paid you top tier money, and this is the attitude you give them? It's no wonder why you ended up a bust. This new generation is just ungratefulm

  5. He’s asking to see how hungry you are to stay with the raiders and to be elite enough for them to have you start, you sucked coming from Ohio state one of the biggest busts we ever had.
