A man was shot and killed at Hibiscus Drive, Claxton Bay on Sunday 27th August, 2023.
• The deceased was identified as 27-year-old, scrap-iron dealer, Kerdell Marcano also known by his alias “Crabby” of St John Trace Extension in Claxton Bay.
• Marcano was reportedly in an unfinished house at Hibiscus Drive when a car pulled up in front of the building.
• The occupants of the vehicle fired several shots hitting Marcano multiple times, killing him at the scene.
• The police were notified and officers from the Southern Division and Homicide Bureau of Investigations (Region III) visited the scene and gathered evidence.
Almost one year ago, Crabby’s cousin, 28-year-old Kyron Marcano was gunned down while at a bar in Union Village, Claxton Bay on Saturday 10th September, 2023.
• Kyron was taken to the San Fernando General Hospital where he was declared dead.
