The bible has so much beautiful stories and amazing poetic stuff I love being good oh good Yahweh protect all your children from evil ❤
What I've gotton out of this channel's teaching is that there is no afterlife, we have no soul. We will stop existing when we die.💔
John in his epistle mentioned that eternal life is Christ Himself.-1Jn.1:1-4. So eternal life starts when Christ entered into our life the moment we believe in Him and will have its full consummation when He returns back to be with us for eternity.
It means they neither die anymore, for they are like the angels. ETERNAL. The parishable must put on the unparishable. The mortal the immortal. Stick to the words of Jesus. Keep it simple Simon. ETERNAL MEANS FOREEVER.
Jesus said, "And this is eternal life, that they may know You the only true God and Jesus Christ whom You sent" (John 17:3). Eternal life has to do with having a relationship with the living God. Jesus did not say to know about God but to actually know God. There is a personal component to what God wants to give you. While you can fool around with the Hebrew of the term eternal life, God means that and more. Eternal life is not just being conscious for eternity, but to be in God's presence rather than being in hell for eternity which is being separated from God for eternity. When Moses wrote in Psalm 90, "From everlasting unto everlasting You are God" Moses meant forever. Also Isaiah 57:15 says, "Thus says the Lord, who inhabits eternity, who's name is holy, "I dwell in the high and holy place and also with him who has a humble spirit and a contrite heart." The entire scripture supports an eternal life that goes on into the future with no end. However time is a created dimension too. There are other dimensions of time than what we are constrained to in this universe. No matter the details, I take rest and hope in 1 Corinthians 2:9, "No eye has seen nor ear has heard nor has entered into the heart of man the things that God has prepared for those who love Him." I am not sure if you are one who loves Him.
This morning I asked God to give me more understanding about what does bible say about eternal life and what does it mean. And I open youtube and this video comes in recomended.
'——Ask and You Shall Receive' Matthew 7:7
good channel
This was a wonderful explanation. Thank you. Amen 🙏
Jesus is so real
Great video. Would really help if you add the scriptural references
Ok but why though?
Genesis is a metaphor. You clearly don't understand what the tree of good and evil is
Pretty obvious
Translate this.
This makes me so happy, I was afraid at first maybe you guys were the type that believed eternal life, was a metaphor. I was gonna be so sad, cause this channel rocks!
That is beautiful , Amen
Eternal life means just that, Eternal. Just what the Word of Father God says it is. Amen and Alleluia
Btw, anyone who believes on Christ and trusts only in His finish work on the cross, and that He rose from the dead HAS (present tense) eternal life. This cannot be lost, undone, or changed since we are instantaneously born of the Holy Spirit, a spiritual circumcision from the flesh. This is what it means that those born of God cannot die, though our flesh will die. Simply believe and have eternal life! Acts 16:30-31, John 3:16-18, Eph 2:8-9, Romans 3:23, Col 2:11
Yes!! I love this. I was suicidal for over ten years so it made “dying to myself” and surrendering my life to God easier for me. I surrendered all friendships and only kept what God approved, am waiting for the husband He has specifically told me about (I stopped dating and officially decided I’d “wait till marriage”), and have a job that’s literally perfect for me (I had to completely get rid of my desire to earn a substantial living and give 100% of my desires to please the Lord). I gave up EVERYTHING for Him and do as best I can to obey Him in all He asks of me. Things are finally changing and I feel like I’m on the cusp of seeing heaven in earth in terms of purpose, provision, and people in my life. I’m not suicidal anymore, He has given me so much hope and purpose. He’s taught me to value Him first in everything and because of it I know I’m right where I should be. Blessings are acts of love from God, if they don’t further our relationship with Him then He will refine us until they do!
Joh 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
