Accused child killer Letecia Stauch was caught flipping off witnesses during testimony on Friday. “If that continues, I can have you removed and the trial will continue without you present,” the judge told Stauch after calmly reprimanding her. Stauch is accused of killing her stepson, Gannon Stauch, in Colorado then stuffing his body in a suitcase and dumping it in Florida.

I reviewed the tape in question several times and as a body language expert her hand and finger movements seemed to be random twitching most likely brought on by stress….having said that start juicing the chair…..
She did it many times during the trial. She would act like she was rubbing her eyes and be obviously flipping people off. The judge was ridiculous and should’ve cuffed her to the table so she couldn’t do that.

The judge just allows her to sit there making smart mouthed comments to him and head and hand gestures as well as laugh to her lawyer about it when the judge is admonishing her? The judge needs to learn to take control of his courtroom and end that behavior immediately not let her continue to act a fool when he’s calling her out on it and she should’ve been handcuffed at all times not placed in the holding cell and given multiple chances to behave. She’s hurt enough people and the judge is just letting it continue.

Good gawd what a horrible person she is! I watched her infuriating gibberish interview w the FBI yesterday and had some harsh choice words about her. After some time, I actually regretted feeling such disdain towards another person but after this, I take it all back. I will enjoy seeing her cry during sentencing.
