  1. David, the train station building that burned has all of the controls for the tracks. The train tracker at the main street station is out of commission and the red and green lights that tell the trains if the track is clear are out of commission also. They have to communicate via walkie talkie. They are only running two trains. They are waiting for the city of Anaheim to review and approve the repairs to all of the control systems.

  2. It's sad that Thanksgiving isn't an important holiday to Disneyland (or anyone else for that matter) just because it can't be commercialized as much as the other "holidays". You jumped right from Halloween, one of the most monetary corruptions of the holidays, to Christmas, the absolute WORST bastardization of any of our holidays! It's shameful. Fortunately, Thanksgiving still stands as a family holiday (which Disney SHOULD support!) that is hard to monetize. My fondest memories of growing up aren't of Halloween or Christmas, but of the getting-together for family at Thanksgiving. Very sad that commercialism has forsaken our most fundamental social gathering time for the sake of profits.🤮

  3. It would make sense to open up the avengers vault prior to oogie boogie and then use stage 19 for a character interaction at oogie boogie like they did for the first oogie boogie in 2019! Just watched your Halloween through the years video and thought of this.

  4. I’m not often critical of Disney, but one thing I’m openly upset about is that nothing has been done with the New Orleans Square train station. I get that they’re dumping a lot of money into the park right now, but they went almost a decade without investing a dime into maintenance and upkeep. How DeMaro kept his job is beyond me. They have to do better.

  5. Here's what I'm guessing. The Marvel Superstore was closed because it was part of Ike Perlmutter's Marvel. When they laid off Perlmutter and his assistants and merged the Marvel Comics and such with Kevin Feige's Marvel, that's when they decided to move the Marvel Superstore over to Avenger's Campus. Avenger's Campus has always been part of Feige's MCU. As to what will happen with the Marvel Superstore, I'm guessing that whole area, including the stuff up the street, is going to be incredibly transformed.

  6. On these you can appreciate a tad why Disney is so much money. They take great care of their parks. I can’t speak for universal haven’t been in awhile but other places are run down and need help in lots of areas. I guess this is when you know your money is going somewhere.

  7. Dave, love the videos, but find the picture in a picture style distracting. I just keep thinking the picture of you in the office is blocking my view of the park, even if you’re not. Any chance of you releasing separate videos without the picture in a picture? And yes, it’s probably just me with my own OCD issues of getting distracted by a second image thus making it hard to focus on either. I keep looking back and forth between the 2.

  8. Another one here that loves the new Picture in Picture editing. That back and forth is fantastic. It feels a lot more personal, which is always a plus. Great update video!
