  3. Putin has been promising new ships for the Russian Navy since last century. He never delivers. All of Russia’s major warships – including their flagship the aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov – were designed and built by Ukrainians in Mykolaiv. Russia doesn’t have the expertise to build ships itself. They tried buying foreign ships, but after 2014, everyone refused to sell to Russia. So this is just a hot air promise that he can’t possibly deliver.

Other pride of Ruzzia Navy is it's only aircraft carrier. Completely useless because of incompetence and corruption. Maybe India can lend one of it's carriers to ruzzia for parade.
