Unfortunately, I know what that guy who was "tweeking" was going through. My oldest son is in prison due to his involvement with meth. Classic symptoms. He's 29, and hopefully he will have learned a lesson.
Ok, I don't quite understand why the first guy was not allowed to talk. He was saying his wrists hurt and the cop kept telling him to stop like he was resisting. I'm not defending him about whatever got him to the jail, but sometimes it sounds like the cops are over the top.
This is why the US needs to have better mental health resources. People choose drugs for many reasons, no matter the reason, it all boils down to a chemical imbalance in the brain. I've seen both sides of addiction and it's an all around sad situation. These people need help and unfortunately the people if affects will also need help. If we normalize mental health conditions and teach people to cope in a healthy manner from trauma, things like this won't happen as often.

These jail guards are such tyrants. I didn't ever realize what scum some of them are. This is like the third video I've watched in a row, where they all got power problems. They want to be the big men on the block. God forbid you curse, or say something they don't like hope they got to take you to the ground, put you in the chair. Grow up that's why certain people should not be put in positions like this.
