  1. the penalties for drunk driving need to be increased to include life behind bars and death penalty . we need to be more concerned about crime victims lives more than criminals feelings

  2. here where I live they have started to confiscate cars after the second time you drive without a license or you drive drunk they don't care who owns the car, as a car owner you have to make sure that the person you lend the car to also has a legal license

    But he sucks
Judge gave him way too much play and the kid has no respect for the court or judicial system or probation rules

And know this Mother has to cope with this absolutely nightmare tragedy

  6. It is 2023! Why are lawmakers not harsher on drunk drivers? People are losing their lives, families and friends. Even when they kill people, they get a slap on the wrist. Disgusting.

  7. This is disgusting, horrible and down right stupid! That idiot murdered a child! Almost took her mother from 3 siblings and an amazing husband/father! He's a piece of garbage that keeps teetering on the line! Give him what he wants! Send him to prison for manslaughter and be done with it! He will not change until he gets dried out! Being on this side of the bars he NEVER will! Lock him up and he'll die trying to stay that way or becoming that way! Come on Governor Abbott, this is in YOUR BACK YARD! Help us out! Probation isn't the answer for ALL offenders, some really think their untouchable, just like Jeremy Spencer!!!! He'll do just enough to fool you, and laugh behind your back!!!

  8. Booze – "Generally, marijuana is a controlled substance in Texas, and its use, possession, and sale are illegal. Pot is classified as a Schedule I drug under Texas state law, meaning anyone caught with the substance could face significant legal consequences, including imprisonment and fines." But booze is fine. He can even drive drunk and still be out on the streets.

  9. If you knowingly break rules, you are allowed to keep doing it. If you break a rule embedded so deeply in the penal code, no one has ever heard of it, you will be thrown in prison for life basically.
