Thanks guys, this is absolutely amazing.
You implemented it the right way and you also added the invaluable ability to dye skins.
As far as player agency goes, the one last thing you rly need to take a look at is the Character Creator (height, build), bringint that up to par with all other MMOs will be massive and will complete the circle.

I have to farm elite chests just because I want to Xmog my gear?? Is this the only game that makes it this long winded to transmog? Why can't we just xmog them with gold?

Great to see Xmog implemented, but it is a huge mistake to do it in such a player-unfriendly way. Should be a gold sink, not a cash grab.
$20 per 10 pieces of gear that you want xmog'd.

So, drew will happily spend 40$ to transmog Just the 4 sets, same prize as the standard game. That is without weapon transmog for the sets…..
Never mind the full storage of gear easily costing 250$ to transmog.

The decision to put these behind such a massive paywall is a braindead out of touch idea. It feels like your trying to milk the players as much as possible or every cent. On top of announcing that the next "expansion" will be a paid one, which if true why are pay=gating a feature other MMO's offer for free. You only can get 1 token per week and its a 1% chance drop rate…. Otherwise each token is over $2.00 a piece.
1% chance and 1 per week timegate. Sounds lame, download GW2 and learn how transmog should be done.
Dyeing Skins!!! POG
Everything I've saved for Transmog is in First LIght's deprecated storage. I saw no reason to move them, but now I'm concerned that storage locker won't get scanned. Should I take all that stuff out? I hope not, I'll need to toss an entire locker's worth of stuff in order to move it.

While im super excited for transmog, do we have an ETA on desync and lag issues being fixed? Specifically in pvp, it's beyond frustrating and I know it's not my internet or computer, it's server side from you all.

Will there be a options of:
a)Dual wield Sword
b)Double Shield (shields working as a heavy gauntlet/knuckleduster)
c)Mace and shield (since only way to deal with skeletons seems sledge hammer, it would be cool to have a more lighter build like this)
Content wise, will there be more dungeons or pvp options? I returned to the game after a long time, but it feels like after certain point, missions and weapon grind are not exhilarating. It will would be nice to have more character specific builds too. It will be a comparison, but MMO such as ESO has morph option, creating a more experimental and unique option to each characters build.
pls ags reconsider, 1 token per week way too low, make at least 2. 1 from pve and 1 from pvp
This Transmog system is a fucking joke… I was so excited for it, New world has so many different and cool sets, would've been a phenomenal excuse to get in there and farm sets and play around with different looks.. but having a 1% drop chance on a Token ONCE per week to transmog ONE piece of equipment.. what a fucking joke. "oh but free battle pass gives you 3 tokens" I tried doing the battle pass so many times, it's the most boring shit ever, all I do is sit in loading screens 50% of the time between going to an area, then teleporting back to town, then teleporting to another area.., You've completely lost me as a player.. I tried, but fuck this. Maybe instead of trying to suck this game dry for every dollar you can, try and make it worth playing first.
Make it free only or use by gold in game, none of this bs.

I've been waiting for this feature for SO LONG. But I cannot believe you guys are time gating and monetizing the tokens this hard. I understand the monetization, I don't mind it, but the time gating is ridiculous and the tokens should be accessible from ALL GAME MODES. Give me a reason to play, then I will spend money. But you're not giving me a reason to play so I'm not going to spend money. It's as simple as that and I hope those of you reading this will do the same, this is absolutely a horrible decision on their part and we need to make them realize it.
Again monetizing it is fine but the time gate and limited ways to get tokens leaves a really poor taste in my mouth. Please take a look at Destiny's transmog system, you can earn tokens by doing dailies at least and it works great. And it's monetized. Please don't rip off your players on such an important retention holding system like this. It is a huge mistake.
Anyway, I hope you guys fix it, I always appreciate you listening to the feedback of the community but this one has gone too far and I personally will not be playing or spending money on anything until it is changed and tokens are more accessible.
The transmog is the most poorly done thing, impossible to zoom in properly to see in full. Nothing really well explained suddenly I lost a lot of skins thinking that by recycling them it would put them in my armory and that after to be able to use them you had to use a token but no so, it's a big mess mouth once again! Should think a little more instead of always laying shit.
