Moon dont have atmosphere so the radiation of the sun and space enter complete , that water never be potable and the persons live maibe in the future dont have any protection against the radiation only the space uniform , this is good only some time (hours) then put a building for the persons there , is going to give protection for month or years ? maybe the only posibility is make a base underground and bring water from the earth ,time is going to tell the reality

On the y files they said that the creators are all ruffly the same depth. Just by looking at it with your own eyes you can see that they don't resemble craters on earth. They don't just stop at one depth.
