3. "Oh, there is a rock there. Are there doors behind? Yes, there are!" is complete BS. 95 times out of 100 there is nothing behind that rock or inside a ravine. Elden Ring still achieved amazing feat of inciting playes curiosity and sense of awe. However, saying the world is rich and populated with something to do every 20 meters is gross overstatement. Limgrave was rather densly populated because I think Fromsoft used it to teach us about the world. When you progress further into the game, world opens up and it becomes, at times, almost barren.

16. I see your channel is struggling just a bit. I originally watched this show for the witty banter between you and your brother and the great comedy and fun times. While Skill up has the amazing in depth reviews i wish he still did his 'last week in games' on this channel so i could enjoy your guys banter. I think you both have your strengths and weaknesses but i miss it.

    Keep up the good work though!

17. I legitimately don't know how some people are finding EVERYTHING in an area before moving to the next and doing it in under 10-15 hours. Just riding around searching every nook and cranny for items takes so much time, not to mention killing field enemies in the process who surprisingly often drop unique items like ashes of war. That doesn't include finding all the hidden stuff in dungeons, I spent 35 hours meticulously traversing limgrave and weeping peninsula before setting foot in stormveil (absolutely smoked Margit & his goku screm imposter buddy cuz by that point I was strong from all the previous exploration). I did the same in liurnia and that was an additional 60 hours of exploration and I know there are things I didn't find. However I'm loving the process so much and only using a handful of guide videos so I can see things for myself, I don't even know what any boss encounters look like because a somewhat blind playthrough makes my downstairs tingle just like it did when I played demon's souls for the first time in 09 and knew right then that fromsoft games were really something special. Elden Ring is the penultimate game for me having invested thousands of hours across the previous titles, hell it's almost overwhelming how much land area I want to cover every time I get into a new region but I'm all here for it😫👌

24. Nice to see you guys! The whole ethos of these games is overcoming the difficulty through trial and error. If there is no difficulty then there is no game. I've played loads of souls games and I found the first areas of the game a bit too easy but I can understand why it's like that. It's for the new players, not the more experienced. I even started as a wretch. They have definitely made it easier than older titles but it's come via more options for the player and not from just lowering the bosses health/making them dumber. The fact that it's harder for them to set up ambushes for you because of the open areas also helps, and the stealth options. Jumping attacks and guard counters are an awesome addition. Combat still feels similar to DS3 but at the same time, better. It's just all round the best of FromSoft. Bloodborne, Sekiro and DS all rolled into one and I love it.

27. The great runes are activated by a multiplayer item (rune arcs) which are fucking plentiful if you take part in the online. Even if you don’t though, by the time you even get your first great rune, you should have about 15-20 rune arcs to activate it with. If you want to farm them offline, rats drop them but at about a 1% rate. You get them for winning pvp (invasions), and a much easier way is to help others with boss fights. Find a boss you can destroy and put your sign down. In no time you will have tons of rune arcs.

    Also sekiro did get dlc in the form of the boss gauntlets, new skins and weapon arts, as well as some harder variations of bosses. No actual expansion though.

37. Bloodborne cheese: As long as you shoot them during their animation they will be stunned. I was literally stay out of the range, and shoot them with the pistol. Also the hammer is way OP

43. 85% of bosses consist of 2 spam combos, 2 lingering attacks and area of effect anime nonsense attacks. then there are dragons which are neat
