So the Serpent-Gods Curved Sword weapon in Elden Ring heals upon killing enemies, amazing thing is, aslong as the weapon is equipped, you can get kills by any other means and you still get healed.

Try duel wielding Serpent Gods Curved Sword and BLASPHEMOUS BLADE since they both do the hp regen upon kills. I’m thinking about trying it since I have both.

There's a talisman that regens health no matter what your doing called blessed dew
theres also a talisman called assassins crimson dagger and every time you get a critical hit you get hp back

Just so you know I think you need to let people know about a whip no one seems to know about, the throned whip which is easily farmed and has bleed on straight away… mix a frostbite ash of war and we are talking pvp and boss destroyer, it’s easy it’s just Dropped from Fire Prelates, found after Zamor Ruines just before the long bridge. Thank you for this. I applied the Hoarfrost Stomp AOW to this and dual wield it with the Sacrificial Axe (small FP restoration per kill) to get me through them dungeons while saving on flasks usage. The Sacred Butchering Knife also seems to restore a bit of health (I believe per hit instead of kill).

I just beat malenia and her sword is absolutely insane. I respec and put 60 dexterity, the blade is insane you do the blender with the sword and can filet any enemy even bosses it's extremely good if leveled up to 10+ and you have 50+ in dex the Waterflow dance is nuts!
