  3. I wish they would just make a new single player offline elder scrolls game.

    I'm not even really interested in this. I already have no man's sky and fallout.

    Bethesda is really crapping on the heads of its single player offline elder scrolls community.

  18. Atleast it's done so they can focus on ES6. It's been a RIDICULOUSLY long wait for a game series that is one of the most beloved of the 2000s.

  26. Looks promising. I hope the 1+ year extra of Development Time was worth it. But: The annoying "x XP" Popup is still in the middle of the Screen and ruining the Viewport. Distracting from the Enemies or whatever else is on the Screen. Gopher said it back then in one of His Videos and it is unfortunately still true: You come to a new Place for the first time, take in the beautiful View. But then it is ruined with Popups in the middle of the Screen.

    It was bad UI Design 30 years ago. It is bad UI Design in 2023. I hope the Modding Tools will be available on Day 1 to disable that nonsense. Or even better: Make it an Option in the HUD Settings or similar. With nonsense like this, this will not be a Day 1 buy for me. I personally wait for Reviews which confirm Day 1 Modding Tools or some HUD Settings.

    Story seems to be a "Standard Bethesda Story". Which is fine – as a Bethesda Veteran, I have a good Idea what to expect. And World Design / Level Building AKA Exploration is something the Bethesda Devs are usually super good at. Still, I am happy to be finally able to explore the Starfield Universe 🙂 #StaySafeStayHealthyEveryone

  33. So far I see a lot of micromanaging. 🥱😴

    Will we all encounter that one spacer who says "I use to be an adventurer like you, until I took a space laser to the knee"? Come on Bethesda- don't disappoint me. 😂❤U

    Obsidian's The Outer Worlds was so fun to play. Especially with its kooky characters and quirkiness that they normalized in the deep recesses of space. (Love you Travis for always promising to kick Azz and never failing to do). I mean, does this even have a fun element to it? Why so serious? 😁😬😬😬

    Seriously tell us it is completely open world and will knock our socks off but really is it? I hope for once we have worlds as diverse as our one single planet Earth and its many biomes. We have creatures of feather, fur, scales, fins, protective armor, animals, birds, fish, insects, predators, herding, swimming, flying, scavenging, migrating seasonally. Such diversity of creatures with some continents having creatures found no where else. So far these creatures from their various (?) planets all have a similar look. So, that wasn't encouraging. 😕☹️

    Also, looks like we are alone in space? I liked Mass Effect for its diversity of other species and their cultural/historic backstories and even quests. I only saw humans. Space is not only dark, merciless and cold but apparently lonely too? 😒😒😒

    It is a tall order, Bethesda to be better than the games that came before that we live and adore. 25 years in development when all your teams look like they were under 5 or not even born 25 years ago makes me think it's spent years gathering dust while Bethesda worked on other higher priority projects. 😉

    I hope it will be worthwhile but gamers have seen hype fizzle before. I think I will wait and not pre-order because games are so expensive now I have become more selective. 😕
