01:12 Can be summon to fight Godrick the Grafted.
01:49 In Roundtable Hold , speak to her and exhaust her dialogues.
She’ll then reward you with the Arsenal Charm.
02:49 Speak to Preceptor Seluvis and receive the quest for the potion.
04:00 Speak to Gideon Ofnir and ask him about Nepheli
05:23 Find her at the Village Of The Albinaurics, exhaust her dialogue and defeat the elite enemy Omenkiller which can be found on the other side of the bridge above her.
07:01 Return to the Roundtable Hold and find Nepheli downstairs, next to the first fog wall. Speak to her. Than speak to Gideon Ofnir, tell him about the potion.
11:27 Tell Seluvis you complete his quest.
12:42 Hoe to get back to Chapel of Anticipation and obtain The Stormhawk King.

Did you try to see if Loux could become lord for Haight? I saw something about that.
In the royal capital there is a place that looks exactly like the roundtable. Maybe there is something there for her after giving her the ash. Maybe we use the hawk ash we got in the place
I never received a quest for the potion and I just happened to have the stormhawk key through exploring and opening the glint stone portal. Found her in the town and found her summon and beat the guy. Came back to round table hold and got invaded, then talked to them both and now I’m wondering if I should give her the key. Didn’t realize I missed so much. Thanks for the guide.
I passed Godrick fight and I never talked to her there and I’m at the round table and can’t find her at the library or her dad is not there either and I went to the village and she is not at the bridge and I fought the omen boss still no where
Damn I messed up. I already burned the erdtree and now she’s not showing up in the round table hold. Last I saw her was in the village and I checked that area now to see that her storm hawk axes were dropped there. Guess I gotta do this in ng+

Guys, i've discovered something that i think its worth mentioning. So, Nepheli says that she isn't like Roderika who can interact with spirits etc. I've went and upgraded the Stormhawk Deenh ash to +10 and that unlocks a new dialogue for Roderika, she's now happy because she's an official spirit mender, something around those lines, and then gives you a new emote. Sadly, i've went back to Nepheli and nothing has changed, tried using the new emote and nothing happens as well.
Has anyone tried giving the Stormhawk King to Nepheli when she's under the bridge?
I just took the potion, talked to the father and she is not under the bridge
