Much smarter people tried to review the humanity, and it sure took them more than 3 minutes to lay out their conclusions
So Lemmings but from above instead of the side, in 3D, and with some tower defense and stealth elements. That's an instant wishlist for me, I've been waiting for a new Lemmings for ages.
Should also be mentioned, it's available for free for PS Plus subscribers!
I've been playing for an hour now. This is one of my favorite games this year. I love puzzle games, and this game will get you hook very fast.

Impressive game
The game looks like it will rather be incredibly stressful or hilarious to me. I'd either get entertained by finding creative ways to throw people into the abyss at different angles, or if I take it seriously, get very stressed out seeing them die out as they fall from incredible heights like lemmings. Don't see anything particularly rewarding about each level's completion as from the multiple ones here they seem to continue being the same greyish, pale things, so looking forward to the next monotone chessboard isn't something that will happen for me. Honestly, seems more like something that tried to be an art piece first and piece of entertainment second, and I find that those rarely succeed in being either.
If there isn't a nuke button with accompanied "oh no!" sfx,..
Enhance? The Tetris Effect guys? Sick, I'm down.
The solution videos seem extremely helpful – if you get properly, utterly stuck you can watch ahead until you see what you missed, then fix the rest yourself.
I'm several levels in and this is my GOTY so far. It's smart, stunning and engaging – love it.

If Game awards has any balls they'd have this in TGAs
I started this thinking I'd only play it for an hour or two. Did not expect to get so hooked! I'm nearly finished it already, great game that adds and expands on mechanics in ways to keep the game fun. Also the fact that there is a plot when I could easily just be a puzzle game is awesome.
