I laughed at the beginning of this, but it's not funny and it's dangerous. I know someone who had a pincher or a pincher mix who was a very good dog. When he was out and a storm started, he'd get spooked and would somehow crawl under the yard fence and escape. One time the dog had a heart attack under the fence and died there.

You can’t think of your dog as your best friend or put them at equal status. That’s how you end up with zero respect from the dog. You’re its owner.
