My local community college, Monroe Community College, hosted the traveling exhibit 'The Nazi Olympics', put together by the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, in the spring of '00. I was taking Psychology of the Holocaust that semester and helped out opening night. What a con job the Nazis pulled on the world. smh I will never not grin when I think of Jesse Owens and all the other kickass athletes who weren't 'Aryan perfection' showing everyone how it's done. 😁
The Nazis didn't come to the decision to exterminate the Jews until the Wannsee Conference in 1942. Until then, various 'solutions' to the 'Jewish question' had been proposed and tried, but the fact that there were 11,000,000 Jews in Europe just Could Not Be Tolerated any longer, so a Sooper Seekrit Meeting was called at Wannsee and 15 high-ranking Nazis and German gov't officials came together to decide on the Final Solution to the Jewish Question. The answer they decided on was, as we all know now, was genocide (a word that didn't exist prior to the Holocaust. It was invented to describe it, and all events like it). My mind was blown when I learned the Final Solution wasn't decided on until '42. The number of people they were able to kill in three years is staggering. i don't know what you mean by nazi ideology plus you never actually took a close look at what the national socialist. movement truly stood for, but the German treated other people from outside better then America did. There was no totalitarian. authority over black and white people like there was in the United States. in Germany under Adolf Hitlers rule you will never find that on real journalism. you are just being a communist disinformation. agent as usual

Of all the documentaries I've seen on the Nazi regime that mentioned the olympics, this is the only one to ever tell me what you did. I had never thought about Koreans competing in defiance of the Japanese, for example. Extremely informative.
The only people who seemed to think there should be no politics in sport are the dictators and vile nations we pander to every time they host them, and we attend them.
