Hey Winters! Thanks for your content. Just played my very first 1k points game. Lost but it was epic, very addicting. Really glad to see both you and SN (I heard you won a tournament there, but I'm not sure) playing Heresy. It is the superior game. Keep it up and put some out there for free so that we continue to gain a little momentum there.
Admech's 10th ed rules are so horrific you could give them a 1000pt handicap against the best Eldar lists and you still have no real chance. Its really quite shocking that they came up with these rules based on experience from 9th edition.
Winters I am old enough to be in the cinema for "Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, you are my only hope" and ST the Motion picture is the best "Star Trek" movie and Khan is the best movie in the series. And when something becomes a franchise rather than a narrative it's over.
As a fellow lover of the Death Guard owning around 4k points worth… We've always been pretty awful. We were pretty good in 8th out of the gate then collapsed with the codex creep then got good again for a couple months with War of the Spider then we were broken for for a couple months in the launch of ninth and quickly pounded back into the dirt yet again by codex creep. I've given up in tenth as the army is just bad. I mean, sure you can win games but it is totally dependent on rolling exceptionally well.

I’m enjoying the wolves, yeah it’s a bit annoying having to achieve the nice rules but it does give you some direction and feels very narrative, and if you take loads of characters iv found that I nearly always get at least 3 of the sagas, by the time there’s lots of fighting going on we are very decent, exploding hits, lethal hits thrown in with oath still keeps us relevant, and the most important thing is, it’s fun

Played 20 something games with my GK. I will not play them till their codex comes out. No idea what to do for the next 12-24 months.
