i had to completely respec to a str dex build and just continuously staggered her with the bloodhounds fang, pretty much exactly the same way you did here by pinning her against a wall. in case anyone is curious, she is also weak to frost so coating weapon with frostbite grease could help a ton. or at least hot bar it so the mimic uses it.
also unrelated note that could help a ton to people: i dont know where to get the raw meat dumplings, but if you put them in your quick slots and dont use them the mimic will use them as a means to regen health outside of just the 1 flask it has, essentially prolonging its life much much longer. ive noticed the mimic will use items you put in your quick slots, including greases, and it doesnt count as a use on them.

Yooo I just popped a gold pickled fowl foot and equipped my gold scarab before finishing her off and she gave me 748,000 runes HAH 🤑 had plenty of time to do so when she got below 20%, as my mimic was hoarfrosting the crap out of her LOL
Just a tip don't be afraid to respec for this fight. The big crazy blade attack is complete bullshit. I had to change to 60vig 40 endurance and rest in Dex and intelligence. Had to use the full veterans set with golden beast crest shield to finally be able to just tank it. Also had these talismans: great jar arsenal, dragoncrest greatsheild, ritual shield and a carian filigreed crest. Finally just used the +10 mimic and a +25 cold uchigatana with the stomp. Completely bullshit move.
Can’t add ash of war to any of my weapons that are leveled s up? How do I fix that
Isn't that the banished knight helmet? Can you remove the plume? I was wondering if head armor can be customized at all besides altered versions to find.
I find that using the blood katana is a better way to beat her. Your mimic loves to spam that ash of war and it's pretty fast to do
My +10 mimic can’t survive her second phase, once it dies, I die
This works so well you don’t even need to back her into a corner just put this ash of war on a katana or any fast weapon and when you summon your +10 mimic it will spam the ice stomp or will just use regular attacks and eventually sync up with your attacks and stun lock her for crazy damage 1st phase I melted her hp once my mimic started using the ice stomp and phase 2 was the same 1000% best method to kill her.
Well it doesnt work for me she dashes everytime out and i get everytime instant aggro so idk
I found it was easier with rivers of blood katana
Man I am telling you. She is 10 times more evasive in my game. She literally scoots 100% out of the corner and runs away to the open. Every single time I corner her. And I can't corner at all on the final phase.
