  1. So basically, the cop got away with killing someone. This is BS. She should be locked up for the rest of her life.

    Another example of a flawed system. These cops do what they want because of outcomes like this one. That's why we hate these cops .

    If that was a citizen, they would be in jail for life.

  3. What an ignorant female officer. She should never have a job in law enforcement ever again, and at least 10 years in prison. I know she didn't get prison time which is an injustice. Slap on the wrist,a possible 75 days in jail it's horrible.

  4. So, if a regular citizen put a person in a car and left them on train tracks that they didn’t “perceive”, would it be a misdemeanor? Why do cops always get reduced charges? It should be attempted murder.

  5. Officer should of explained why she was being handcuffed. Then maybe she would of notice that the patrol car was on tracks. She just put in the car not answering any questions. Treat people like people!

  6. so she lied and said she didn't see any railroad crossing signs now she said she saw them but didn't thing the train wasn't going to come crashing through her scene lol
