Lieutenant Charles Brown, in charge of the base, must find a way to stop the monsters before they overrun the place. He also must deal with the arrival of a female nurse, Lieutenant Hall, who catches his eye. Together with a biologist and a pilot, Brown and Hall must fight for survival and find a way to stop the monsters from destroying everything in their path. Will they be able to save the base and themselves, or will they succumb to the deadly creatures? Don’t miss this heart-pumping tale of science gone out of control!

totally enjoyed the movie. Thanks
I'm 75. Spent ev'ry Saturday inna Fifties at the movies watchin' monsters. How'd I miss Mamie Van Doren? Gonna watch, Thanx.
Going to watch now hope i likes it
I have managed to miss this movie on purpose since it first came out. It's actually not bad. Read the Wikipedia article for the movie. It's obviously the Producer changed the movie from what the actors thought was what they were doing. Billy Gray from Father Knows Best proved he could act. But the cannabis arrest he had in 1962 killed his movie career. Anthony Eisley of Hawaiian Eye and Dragnet wouldn't have been my pick for a movie lead but he carried it off. Mamie Van Doren proved she could act. Oh course the typical movie screw up with the footage of Navy aircraft that were retired from Navy service years before and some napalm attacks are actually USAF aircraft from the early 50's. I won't mentioned the screw up of the Star & Bars insigna on the C-47 in the background of the after crash scenes, but after 1947 the services added red stripes in the white bars.
Truly AWFUL VIDEO QUALITY. HD BS.
I liked this movie a lot
