Out of 10 invasions I did 8 of them had those moonveil katanas and 2 of them great shields with spears, it's so funny
The salt around the moonveil katana makes me happy, finally Int builds can do something in pvp.
Now you dips know how we feel when you invade with a 40/40 bleed katana build, theres little to fuck all we can do about it.

Moonveil isnt that bad the only weapon that is really bad and broken is the erdtree greatshield. Everyone uses this shitty weapon together with fire deadly sin, its just so stupid they should really fix this weapon art.
Lol, I picked it up on my mage because of how easy it was to get one, upgrade and how effective it was. Moonveil's weapon art replaced my spells, because why would I need to cast anything when WA does more damage and consumes less FP than most of spells, not to mention it comes out instantly and pierces your enemies.

So many people use this while i find it very weak compared to any weapon with Hoarfrost Stop into it. That thing melts everything till end of game.
Just because the weapon is broken AF doesn't mean you shouldn't use it! I know damn well i will be using it (probably not on my playthorugh) before it gets patched which it 100% deserves to be. HAVE SOME FUN!

The ash of war is amazing for the shield I use it alot myself, especially against moonveil spammers, but its just disappointing to see how 9 out of 10 times you stil take the damage from a spell or the wep art of the moonveil
Man Godslayer Greatsword is amazing but that weapon art takes years to do.
There’s a counter to everything. (Except the dark sun shotel with fires deadly sin fuck that combo)
My setup: Moonveil for pve or a claymore if its some magic enemy
For invaders: Vyke's war spear if no honor

Honestly have not met a good moonveil user yet. Only people who spam it and expect it to hit because it's fast.

I hate moonveil katana. Everybody and their mother uses the damn thing. That, or fucking rivers of blood, take your pick and it's being overused. Then they get all smug and teabaging because they two shot you with a stupidly broken overused weapon. I'm not hating the weapon. I mean if I was in based I'd probs use it but it's just so overused. My person favourite is duel scavengers blades with seppeku. I love bleed that's not rivers of blood.

I simply don't want to use the MoonVeil because of the fact that EVERYONE is using it. It's a shame because it's dope but I absolutely refuse to be thrown into this meta bucket when there are so many weapons to try.

I remember finding this weapon and using it a bit of my spell build but I just stuck to using the carrion knight sword it’s weapon art is really good against npc invaders and being able to use a shield and the art is amazing and the armour is amazing I also use the Astral wing due to its weapon art crushing bosses if used right and I 2 shot a guy in pvp using its charged r2 just having that tiny bit of range helps a lot

I use Moonveil and I must admit this won't work on me. I"ve encountered alot of "OP" builds that all waste FP and can all be countered. This one game a dude was using some like gatlin shield on me and it was my first encounter, but dude still didn't win even trying to gang me. I feel like were rushing to say things need to be removed is my point.
I knew its going to work but i didn't expect the damage output will be that big
