I remember in the expansion I loved playing The Beast faction. Referring to themselves as “self” or “selves” while taking enemy ships with infection beams.

You should do a full play through starting with deserts of kharak through home world 2.
I had this great homeworld mod that vastly expanded the tech tree and complexity of the game. I should find that again.
been playing HW all week was playing Deserts of hakar then HW 2
just a fun RTS and looking forward to HW3
but star citizen is still Bae. and hopfuly Navigation modes will be added to Star citzien to allow for an Overwatch style mode to guide a fleet in doing ping/salvage/mining & other fun group activities

Hi Shack! Have you heard of battlegroup VR? It’s similar to this but you get to command your fleet while in the command deck in vr and stuff which is really cool 😀 would be neat to see you do a video on it.
has anyone ever done a challenge to only use stolen ships in this game haha. sounds like a good personal challenge to do when playing lol

Just found your channel and really enjoyed this. I spent many fun hours back in the day playing HW1&2. I always relate it with Haegemonia, another older RTS on steam. Worth a look if you havent done so prior to this.
