This 1976 Porsche 914 was completely submerged under 6′ of water during a hurricane last year. Before that it sat outside for over 20 years rusting away. This one is going to need a complete restoration & some serious metal work. Let’s do it! Check out 914 rubber. https://914rubber.com They have everything you need for your 914 restoration.

Love your projects CT, there’s nothing there that you can’t deal with and now that you have the knowledge of the other three I’m sure you will make a good usable 914 out of this one. You can do it!
Great archaeological dig CT, history and rust unearthed ! Keep up the great work! 😂
Wow everything in the glove box looked like it was submerged 😮…it was in deep!
Saludos de Mexico CT
I didn't realize you got rid of your other 914s. Cool to see a new car joining the hoard!
🇦🇺another project
Which will not be completed
I really think you should pursue a different career path, because you are not going to make it as a you tuber !!!!
Have I missed something?
Holy crap! That is a bit on the dodgy side… Rather you than me ha ha.
Oh gawd those bumpers… Go European…
PS. Apart from the bumpers I always thought the 914 was a beautiful design. 911 owners look down their noses at the VWness of the 914. Tell them it is three extra numbers higher than a 911… Mind you the 912 was a number higher too.. It is a classy design and only a nut would say otherwise. They drive well too. Not fast of course but nice steering and fun. Who cares about fast?
You're certainly cornering the market for 914s. Hopefullt we'll see one of them cruising the streets again soon.
Is that black insulation tape factory…? Ha, ha, we don't think so… Sorry, I couldn't help it.
This was utterly brilliant to watch. Fantastic stuff. I was right there with you!
The way you do youtube is perfect for me. No clickbait thumbnails, annoying youtuber antics or stupid music.
That device is an EGR counter switch.
Nice work! What kind of trailer is that? Never seen something like that.
Hey mate, nice to see you're keeping busy! The box you found in the footwell is a 'CAT & EGR counter switch', whatever the hell that is, and is no longer available new! I just googled the numbers on the front. Good luck. Julian.
VW made some crapee go-carts
The rust is keeping the metal together so you might want to start bracing every corner of the car you can reach with the welder.
How many of those cars do you have by now ?
You should really blast this car
🤗👍👌⭐
I Almost bought this car thinking it would be a better base for my project while the one I have now could be a donor since the cabin is rusted out.
I'm now very glad I didn't. but very glad you did so I could watch someone else suffer alongside me in real time.
just put a Subaru Engine in it
How heavy is that top?
Oh I see not that heavy at all wow
Let us see the Engine
y e ah I remember that Car with two bodies
