A NASA team of scientists and experts leading a new study on unidentified aerial phenomena, commonly known as UFOs, held its first public meeting on Wednesday. The meeting comes ahead of a UFO report set to be published this summer.

Our phones are already a conglomeration of MANY various tools instruments of various technological capabilities… What would it take to make the camera sensors also have the capability of a built-in spectrometer(or more accurate rangefinding capabilities)? If one so desired to use it as such….
Give the average layman access to better tools for collecting data.

2 hr in to realise that NASA will only adopt a complementary approach to that of department of defense. 4 hrs to appreciate details on how UAP can't be fully analysed nor understood with current human knowledge. Disappointing

I have the at most respect for NASA as a government organization, as it is the only Government agency with a long track record of successful achievements which shed lights on humanity understanding of the Cosmos. It saddens me though to see that they are relying on the same politics in securing funds which I have no doubt that they should be given on the merit of their past achievements not to ride the UAP wave for securing these funds. There's nothing "Unidentified" about the APs or FOs, and many physical characteristics of these mysterious objects or phenomena could be initially extrapolated from data we already have. We just need someone with the ability to interpret the data properly, not a government agency which utilizes black budget operations to fund many of its projects, and pray in the process that they will come up clean. If such investigation does not qualify to go to NASA I do not know what will.

I am confused… we are only 25:06 in and already the focus is discrediting the quality of the cameras which have reported UAPs; and now we are talking about external sources that create false reporting (example the microwave showing up on sensors. I am getting strong vibes that even these panelists aren't taking the topic seriously.
