  1. Hell’s Caretaker was responsible for getting Mishra’s Workshop restricted in 94. Run 4x Triskelion and 4x Tetravus. Back up with counters including Mana Drain plus Dark Rituals.

  2. 0:00 Arch of Orazca, yeah you pay 5 but just need to rely on the City's Blessing
3:40 Eon Frolicker synergies well with Ugin's Nexus 😀 no extra turn, opponent
    45:53 AHAHHA

    my picks:
-) Professor of Symbology: with the ETB -> Learn, you get a 2/1 for 1W, fill the graveyard, get card selection, occasionally get a mana-pricy Lesson, get a sacrifice fodder, a target for Serra's Paragon, a nice flicker target, etc
-) Hateflayer : there are nice ways to cheat it (especially with Hartstone and Soulbright Flamekin) and to tap it (Burning Anger, Elemental Mastery) and splash 5-damages-withering-pizzas everywheret
-) Genesis Wave: it ROCKS in my monogreen elf with Lightning Greaves!
-) Oriq Loremage : Entomb on a stick? for everything? and by "entombing" a sorcery/instant (Dread return) you get a +1/+1 counter? Nice!
-) Shadowheart, Dark Justiciar: nice commander to sacrifice stuff and draw
-) Ayara, First of Locthwain : Zulaport Cuttrhoat but on entering, and with "tap, sacrifice another black creature: draw"
-) Skirsdag high Priest: with a sacrifice deck, by tapping it and other 2 creatures you get a 5/5 flying Demon 😀
-) Whisper, Blood Liturgist: sacrifice fodders (Nested Shambler?) to reanimate stuffs 😀
-) Transmogrant's Crown: a weaker Skullclamp that does not kills automatically smaller creatures (so that you can sacrifice them) and pumps the value (for cards above and Gisca Ghoulcaller)
-) Victimize: sacrifice a creature (token?) and pay 2B for reanimating TWO creatures ? WHAT?
-) Thraben Doomsayer : yeah, a slow token generators, but with Fateful Hour (5 or less life) gives +2/+2 to everybody! strong with nice Angels 😀
-) Kami of Whispered Hopes : Hardened Scales and lots of mana on a stick? nice, but a 1/1 … weak
-) Distinguished Conjourer: a weakend soul sister that can blink for "4W, tap"
-) Quicksilver Dagger: it costs a lot (1BR), but tapping the enchanted creature for 1 damage (to player) and drawing is nice
-) Gelectrode: a weak and slow pinger that KILLS in a spellslinger deck!

  3. vedalken mastermind and eon frolicker combo infinitely works like this:
you cast frolicker to gain protection from your opponent, he can't touch you until your next turn.
then you use mastermind to bounce frolicker to your hand, so you can cast it again on your next turn, giving you protection against your opponent once more.
unless your opponent has counter spells or can burn you with instants on your turn, you can cycle this infinitely, your opponent can't win the game by damaging you and since they are taking extra turns every cycle, they deck out before you do, winning you the game.

  4. The problem with 9 lives is that if it's taken out by a board wipe or bounced back to hand or whatever, you lose the game. A shadow spear or a spotlight removing that hexproof is basically game over

  5. My picks are: Etherwrought Page. It’s a fun slow utility card that may not be the best, but is neat.

Gift of Doom. Fun name and a surprise morph.

Chronomantic Escape. Playing it early and just letting it cycle is neat.

Lightmine field. Stops token decks hard.

  6. I think Detention Sphere is a pretty good cards under 3$, it used to be popular but it’s kinda been outclasses in modern, tho I still think it’s good

  7. When you were looking at risen reef, you mentioned elves. I'm pretty sure there's An old card that lets you name a creature type. And all creatures in your library become that creature type.? That's crazy Now i'm trying to remember if there's one that adds a creature type
