If you don't work free overtime, no problem, leave and there will be plenty of people willing to take your place. People over 35 years old are already considered old and unwanted because they can no longer pull overtime like how younger people can.

I love the paint/colorful blood being used because we are following an MC who saw things basically in black and white, and when he got his wish of finally doing the things he wanted to do, everything is colorful. It's not bleak TO HIM. It's like we are seeing the world through his eyes, so I like the change. Would be a great style choice switching back and forth. I'm a fan of pastel/neon horror, so this is a welcome change (and fits the covers of the manga well.)
Who knows? We may follow another character where they see the blood and such of the zombies because their view is different from Akira's.
