  1. Always plead not guilty until you talk to an attorney. Then you can change your mind, and plead guilty. You have plenty of time to tell your story, unlike what they say during the interrogation.

  2. I'm disgusted he only served 6 years!! He didn't even do time to equal the years she was alive for! How is this justice for this poor girl?? It's not! You robbed her parents of their only bit of hope of him doing real time. Unbelievable! You guys are as screwed as we are in America.

  3. So, this animal gets 6 years for brutally murdering a young girl? I will never understand that, not ever. I would also bet that he has done this more than once. These animals don't do it just one time and stop. He is a danger to the public and has no right to be outside prison walls unless he is dead as well.

  4. Also, his job gave him plenty of opportunity to find others to harm. An over-the-road trucker is in many cities in a very short time. This entire story makes me ill. Justice has not been served!

  5. Outrageous injustice to all involved, jail the judges and da’s for false imprisonment and failing the victims family with a proper time in prison for the true killer.

  6. If those detectives are still alive I hope they are ashamed of themselves and the attorneys they knew he was innocent but they threatened him into taking the lesser charge just to get somebody to appease the family and the town

  7. 4:30 For the unfortunates that did make it from their childhoods, up until around the mid 1990s, 94-96. It was safe for the kids. I guess, also in the UK and Europe. After those mid-years, but not now. Do not put your children in danger parents.

  8. The police blew it with both suspects, they arrested and convicted an innocent man who strangely confessed (?) and then they stupidly let the guilty guy go bc he said he was doing unwholesome and illegal things as an alibit and Oh, well, he must be innocent. WHAT? That was just his arrogant flip-off of their accusations and they idiotically fell for it. What a mess all around. But the true justice will come when God gets the guilty one.
